The hotel offers an excellent location near the lake and night market. Jackie, the manager, stands out with exceptional service. He arranged airport transfers and helped with tour bookings seamlessly. The Standard King Room was clean, stylish, and reflected authentic Vietnamese decor. There were plenty of charging ports, making it easy for my devices. The rooftop restaurant experience, especially with Syuen, enhanced my stay. Her personalized service was unforgettable, even teaching me how to use chopsticks! On the downside, housekeeping lacked a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, making privacy a challenge. They knocked early in the morning and entered the room without notice while we were still inside. This was a surprising oversight. Despite this, the welcoming staff and responsive service made this hotel a memorable choice for my stay.

The rooftop restaurant service was remarkable and attentive.
Waking up before dawn due to loud kitchen activities made it impossible to rest. I expected more from the Deluxe King Room, but the cleanliness was subpar, with visible wear and tear.

missingWrote a review on Oct 21delicious breakfastfriendly servicecramped roomcleanliness oversightearly housekeeping
The location near vibrant street vendors and the night market was amazing. Breakfast featured fresh organic products that we loved, and the staff consistently provided friendly service. However, the room felt a bit cramped, lacking space for two large bags, and there were some minor cleanliness oversights. Knock notifications from housekeeping occurred earlier than preferred, which disrupted our quiet mornings.

Perfect getaway for couples
Everything here was fantastic. The staff even surprised me with a cake for my birthday making it even more nice.
It wasn't exactly cheap but totally worth it.

Just a decent option for a weekend in Hanoi with definitely value for money. The rooftop restaurant staff was very friendly and made my dining experience enjoyable. Avoid the rooms near the kitchen if you want to sleep in.

I had a lovely stay with a clean and quiet Superior Double room that had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast on the top floor had a great view. The spa services were fantastic, especially the full body massage and back massage that really helped me unwind. Just a heads up, the housekeeping could be a bit annoying in the morning if you're looking to sleep in. 😊
